Here is Weekly Workout schedule every day, 5:15 - 6 PM CST:

TUESDAYS: Shred & Burn
WEDNESDAYS: POP PILATES
THURSDAYS: Trio Fusion Burn

Weekly Challenges

Along with daily Workouts, we will have Weekly Challenges to meet smaller goals and achieve non scale victories to keep us focused on our longer term goals. Here are examples of a few challenges:

Meditation Challenge, Kick a Habit Challenge, Start a New Habit Challenge, Longest Plank Challenge, Positivity Challenge and more.

Nutrition Coaching

Learn how to Portion Control and share Healthy Recipes. We will also have virtual Happy Hours every three weeks to celebrate consistency and results!
