Through personalized coaching, strength training, nutrition guidance, and mindset support, Puneeta creates a safe and culturally understanding environment where clients can build sustainable habits. Sweat At Zero Fitness and Wellness (SWAZFit)
Hi! My name is Puneeta. I created Sweat At Zero Fitness and Wellness LLC (SWAZFit) because the healing benefits of exercise and balanced/intuitive eating have carried me through several life and work episodes to emerge stronger and happier. I want to share the same benefits with anyone that is looking for tools and strategies to move, eat well and simply live a sweaty, healthy happily ever after!
Oh and why Sweat at Zero? It goes back to when I started my weight loss and fitness journey when I was only 16… I trained my brain to start my reps at the count of zero, instead of one. It gave me a constant set of “extras” and still does today to serve as a reminder that by pushing a little extra, life becomes a gift that keeps on giving.
